The apartment is located in a historic Paris landmark, catalogued both outside and inside; every aspect had to be preserved while giving it a breath of fresh air.

Floors were reinstalled using ancient 19th century wood flooring. Other elements including the windows and beams were sanded and treated with eco-natural varnishes. Technical installations were renovated and artfully hidden. The final work becomes invisible, yet effective.
